Start with the people, the workflow, and the problem. Ask what is difficult today before deciding what to build.
The people behind Nirmitee
We build healthcare technology because the connections matter. Between systems. Between teams. And, most importantly, between people and their care.

Real people. Shared purpose.Our foundations
Nirmitee was founded in 2020. Founder and CEO Yogesh Daga and Co-Founder and CTO Jitendra Choudhary bring business and engineering perspectives to the same table.
Today, our work connects product development, healthcare interoperability, and AI. The common thread is helping healthcare teams turn complex technical challenges into software they can use and build on.
The future we want to help build
Where a useful clinical insight can reach the right workflow. Where a patient does not have to become the messenger between disconnected systems. Where technology helps teams collaborate.
That is the direction behind our focus on connected healthcare: interoperability as a foundation, thoughtfully designed products, and AI that supports human judgment.
Our ways of working
Principles matter when they change how a team behaves. These are the habits we want our work to reflect.
Start with the people, the workflow, and the problem. Ask what is difficult today before deciding what to build.
Discuss dependencies, trade-offs, and risks early. Clear conversations are part of good engineering.
Invite product, clinical, and technical perspectives into reviews. Software needs to make sense beyond the engineering team.
Treat documentation, testing, security controls, and handover as part of delivery—not work left for somebody else.
From a conversation to shared progress
Align on users, goals, systems, and constraints.
Agree scope, architecture, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
Work in increments, demonstrate progress, and adjust with evidence.
Plan release, documentation, operational ownership, and the next milestone.
Meet the leadership
Product direction, engineering, partnerships, and delivery. Different responsibilities, one shared focus on healthcare.
What we give back
Our open-source healthcare projects make parts of our approach available for others to inspect, use, and improve. They are also a practical way to get to know how we think.
AI helps us build. People bring the judgment, curiosity, and care. Behind every integration is a team that listens, challenges assumptions, and takes responsibility for the work—and for one another.
