EHR & EMR Integration Services
Move from “can you integrate with us?” to a clear delivery plan. We connect healthcare products to customer EHR environments—with the data, access and operational details accounted for.
For digital health companies, healthcare software teams and health IT leaders.
Start with the work
An API connection is only useful when it serves a workflow. These examples show how we turn a product requirement into questions the integration must answer.
For patient engagement, care coordination and clinician-facing applications.
Patient identifiers, encounters and the agreed clinical history
Match identifiers, map clinical fields and preserve source provenance
A patient view your workflow can use
Illustrative workflows. Available data and operations depend on the customer’s EHR, configuration and permissions.
Access is not engineering
The code can be ready while access is not. We put responsibilities and dependencies into the plan so neither becomes a surprise.
Vendor fees, approvals and customer review schedules are external dependencies—not outcomes we can guarantee.
From first conversation to handover
Each stage ends with something concrete to review. Timing follows the agreed scope, access and test readiness.
Confirm the clinical workflow, target system and success criteria.

Choose the right starting point
You do not need to commit to a multi-EHR platform before understanding the first customer.
For a specific customer, workflow and EHR environment. Start by confirming feasibility and agreeing the implementation boundary.
Scope one connection ↗For a roadmap spanning customers or vendors. Separate common data models and tests from each adapter and onboarding configuration.
Plan the integration roadmap ↗For a fragile or undocumented connection. Assess failures, visibility and ownership before deciding what to improve or replace.
Review an existing integration ↗Go deeper
Explore a specific environment or compare the architecture choices. We validate the actual customer setup before confirming compatibility.
Before we start
We start by checking the exact product, version, enabled interfaces and customer permissions. We assess platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth and MEDITECH against your workflow; vendor name alone is not a compatibility guarantee.
Usually the integration is a separate adapter or service around the existing systems. We assess the current architecture first and agree which changes belong in your product, the integration layer and the customer environment.
Shared mappings, adapters and tests can reduce repeated engineering. Each customer still needs access, configuration and workflow validation. We separate reusable foundations from customer-specific onboarding in the scope.
We review the workflow, data requirements, supported operations, test access and customer dependencies before estimating. The proposal separates engineering work from external approvals and identifies assumptions that could change the plan.
Yes. An assessment can document the current data flow, investigate failure modes and define an improvement plan. Any migration or cutover needs explicit testing, rollback criteria and ownership; continuity is planned, not assumed.
Do not send patient data or credentials in the enquiry form. We use synthetic or appropriately de-identified examples for initial discussions and agree access, security, retention and contractual requirements before handling sensitive data.
Tell us about the connection
Share your product, target EHR and the outcome you need. We’ll use that context to discuss feasibility, dependencies and the right next step.
