Experience behind the offering

From phone-based health data
to hands-on device workflows.

Our engineering work spans mobile health-data synchronisation, Bluetooth measurement capture and patient-linked screening results.

Mobile health

Apple Health data into a wellness application

HealthKit permission handling, activity and sleep retrieval, time-window processing and batched synchronisation to backend records.

The integration challenge

Turn device-side data into usable application records without treating a user’s missing permission as a zero reading.

Physical devices

Bluetooth blood-pressure acquisition

Device-specific drivers, Bluetooth notification handling and measurement transfer in our blood-pressure integration codebase.

The integration challenge

Bridge the gap between a device protocol and the application that needs the measurement.

Screening workflows

ECG results with patient and visit context

Webhook-based ECG result intake, patient matching, visit association and report references in our screening-platform implementation.

The integration challenge

Keep a result connected to the person and encounter it belongs to—not just store an incoming payload.

We bring this hands-on experience to new devices, new platforms and the custom workflows your product needs.

Your integration layer

Many sources.
A deliberate path into your product.

A shared model reduces repeated application work. Source-specific adapters preserve the differences that matter.

  1. 01 / Acquire

    Connect at the right boundary

Mobile health store, cloud API, Bluetooth gateway or vendor result feed.

  2. 02 / Reconcile

    Keep identity and provenance

Patient, device, source record, measurement time, unit and available quality flags.

  3. 03 / Deliver

    Serve the receiving workflow

Your product API, care-team application, analytics platform or agreed FHIR interface.

  4. 04 / Operate

    Make failures recoverable

Connection health, sync checkpoints, quarantined records and controlled replay.

Connect device data to your EHR and FHIR workflows.

We build the mappings and delivery interfaces that bring measurements into healthcare systems. Our integration design covers patient references, terminology, units and provenance, with distinct handling for numeric readings, waveform files and reports.

Beyond the connector

From connected devices
to a connected view of health.

Building a longevity platform, personalised wellness experience or connected-care product? We engineer the data foundation and application workflows that bring wearable signals, diagnostic results and lifestyle information together.

01 / A unified health profile

Bring the person’s data together.

Combine device readings, laboratory results and lifestyle records into a longitudinal profile. We build identity mapping, unit normalisation, source precedence and consent-aware access so your teams can work from a consistent view.

What we deliver

Shared data models, profile APIs, source history and connected dashboards.

02 / Continuous data collection

Keep the connection working in everyday life.

We build background synchronisation, offline queues, historical backfills and reconnect journeys. Provider polling and webhooks feed the same processing flow, with checkpoints and recovery for interrupted transfers.

What we deliver

Mobile sync flows, connector jobs, replay controls and clear connection states.

03 / Integration operations

Know when a source needs attention.

Monitor freshness, expected volume, errors and queue depth. Give operators a place to investigate missing data, review rejected records and replay corrected information instead of relying on users to report a broken connection.

What we deliver

Connector-health views, actionable alerts, review queues and operating runbooks.

04 / Health-intelligence engineering

Build insights with an evidence trail.

We develop longitudinal trend analysis, personal-baseline pipelines and versioned health-profile or digital-twin foundations. Rules, models and explanation layers are designed separately, with traceable inputs and review controls.

What we deliver

Feature pipelines, versioned calculations and insight workflows built around your product’s intended use and validation requirements.

One engineering partner, from data capture to product experience.

Start with a device connector, extend your data platform or bring us the complete product roadmap. We help define the architecture and build the pieces your next release needs.

What a demo often misses

Design for the second reading.
And the failed connection.

The same reading arrives twice

Define source identifiers and deduplication boundaries. A retry must not create an extra measurement or repeated downstream action.

A phone or station goes offline

Agree local storage, sync checkpoints, reconnect behaviour and late-arriving data handling. Do not present old data as a current reading.

A device changes hands

End the old association and establish the new one. Shared stations need explicit session boundaries and a clear reset experience.

A user revokes access

Stop the affected collection path, show a meaningful connection state and apply the agreed retention and deletion policy.

Two sources disagree

Keep provenance and distinguish measured, imported and derived values. Agree precedence rules instead of silently averaging incompatible records.

An API or firmware changes

Version adapters and regression fixtures, track vendor dependencies and define who owns compatibility testing and support.

From your roadmap to delivery

Launch your first connection.
Grow your device ecosystem.

Whether you need one connector or a complete device integration layer, we can take on the architecture, implementation, testing and rollout. Start with an engineering conversation about your product and leave with a clearer next step.

  1. Compatibility & access review

An interface inventory, vendor dependencies, required permissions and the questions that must be resolved before development.

  2. One end-to-end integration

A representative device or source connected to an agreed destination, with test cases for both successful and failed flows.

  3. Rollout & operating plan

A model-by-model backlog, data mappings, acceptance criteria, monitoring requirements and handover responsibilities.

Platform reference material

Access and supported data types are confirmed against the current platform documentation during scoping.

Bring these to the first conversation.

Device and access

Manufacturer, model, supported cloud or gateway interface and your access to its documentation.

Data and destination

Measurements, frequency, expected latency and the healthcare application receiving them.

Workflow and ownership

Patient enrolment, data-quality handling, clinical review needs and the team responsible for support.

Before we start

Questions worth
answering early.

Can you connect Apple Health, Fitbit and Android health data?

Yes. We build mobile health-store integrations and wearable cloud API connections, including permission flows, data retrieval and backend synchronisation. During discovery we confirm current API access, supported data types and platform requirements for your application.

Can you connect several devices in one wellness station?

Yes, a multi-device station can be scoped as one end-to-end workflow: participant identification, device acquisition, session association, result collection and report delivery. Each device still needs its own compatibility review and test plan. A shared station also needs clear session reset, access and privacy controls.

Can you deliver device readings to an EHR using FHIR?

We can scope FHIR mapping and EHR delivery where the receiving system exposes an appropriate interface. That includes agreed profiles, patient references, measurement units and source context. EHR access, write permissions and clinical validation are dependencies, not automatic consequences of producing a FHIR resource.

Can you build an integration for a device you haven’t connected before?

Yes—custom device integration is part of our offering. We assess the model, firmware and available SDK, Bluetooth protocol, gateway, cloud API or export interface, then design and build the connector. Access permissions, licensing and vendor cooperation are confirmed before delivery commitments; compatibility is validated for the target hardware.

Do measurements automatically become clinically usable?

No. Units, timestamps, quality flags, patient association and workflow context need validation. Your clinical team defines how readings should be interpreted, reviewed or acted upon.

Does this include remote patient monitoring software?

We offer both device connectivity and end-to-end RPM product engineering. Engage us for a connector, or include patient applications, care-team dashboards and monitoring workflows in the same delivery programme. We agree the clinical rules and acceptance criteria with your team.

Who owns clinical alerts and device safety decisions?

Clinical thresholds, intended use, escalation policies and regulatory obligations remain explicit decisions for the relevant clinical and product owners. Integration engineering can implement agreed requirements; it is not a substitute for clinical validation or device certification.
